Eder Labs is a private, secure company that currently only operates through the employed COLOR application. We believe that the consumer has the right to privacy and security while also enjoying the benefits of the Internet. The COLOR application is created to enable a hyper-personalized Internet experience for the consumer without jeopardizing their security and privacy.

The Privacy Policy thoroughly explains how Eder Labs collects, analyzes, and utilizes your information.


Eder Labs also referred to as ("Eder", "We", "Us", or "Our") collects your personal information data directly from you ("Reader", "You", "Your", or the "User") through the COLOR application. The COLOR application is created by Eder Labs for the user's ease and enjoyment. The intended simplicity of this privacy policy is for the reader/you to understand how Eder Labs collects, analyzes, and discloses your information. Eder Labs is a private, secure company whose only means of operation is the COLOR application.

It is important for you to understand that the personal information you provide to us on the COLOR application is the only information we collect to create your USER ID GRAPH. The information we may ask to collect from you may include:

Personal Contact Information

Your first and last name, email addresses, and social media domains.

Demographic Information

City, state, and country of residence.

Communication Information

If you contact us through our customer service, social media, etc.

Social Media Interaction

When you connect your social media domains to the COLOR application, the system will seek permission to access data about your social media interactions. The data is collected by our application to create the USER ID GRAPH. The data collected and analyzed is not performed by humans but rather by an intricate algorithm.

If you connect your social media domains to the application, we may collect data about your social media interactions. This will enable us to create a concise USER ID GRAPH.

Other data

The "Other data" is not currently specified in this part of the Privacy Policy but will be specified when the information is being collected from you.

Affiliations with Third Party Sources.

Eder Labs does have aliations with various third-party sources. We work with our third-party sources to create personalized recommendations in your COLOR shop. Your COLOR shop is curated from the USER ID GRAPH. However, we do not share any of your released information with our third-party sources.

Data Collected from User Devices.

When you choose to engage with the COLOR application, you voluntarily choose to release information about yourself. In an effort to ensure and protect your privacy, no other information will be collected without your consent.

If given consent, we will collect:

Device Data (your computer's operating system version and type, the manufacturer and model of your device, the browser utilized, screen resolution, RAM and disk size, CPU usage, IPaddresses, language preferences, mobile device carrier, wifi network information, and anyother demographic information).

Online Activity Data (the web pages you’ve visited, the time spent on the web pages you've visited, navigation paths between screens, data on the activities completed on webpages, if you've opened our emails and utilized our links).

Cookies and Similar Technologies.

As mentioned above, our application only collects information released with your consent. With your consent, we collect information by using the following listed technologies:

The COLOR application usage and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the limited use requirements.


Eder Labs uses extreme caution when dealing with the information you're giving in the COLOR application. We have employed security measures to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee its security in all circumstances. We store all user data in databases located in all geographical regions.

Intended Use of Personal Information.

Eder Labs intends to utilize your collected personal information for the following purposes, as described at the time of collection:

To understand your interactions with our service and application, and how we can better advocate our services for your interests.
To provide support services and respond to your questions, feedback, requests, and concerns. To communicate with you about our services.

Additionally, we utilize your collected personal information to create your USER ID GRAPH.

Your personal information may also be utilized for research and development purposes in order to improve our services. We may do this by collecting your personal information and creating aggregated, de-identified, and/or anonymized data to improve our services.

User ID Graph

Data transparency is at our core. This product is specifically designed to cater to your needs while also respecting your privacy, security, and consent. The personal information released to the COLOR application is entirely under your control; therefore, no information is shared with third-party sources.

The USER ID GRAPH is the prime facility of the COLOR application. Users will be allowed to create a unique ID Graph by releasing optional personal information. The user has the ability to connect their social media accounts to create a more concise ID Graph. We use this data to understand what subjects you may be interested in so that we can create a concise ID Graph.This information is also used to suggest product recommendations to you by assessing your interests. Users can delete this information from our systems at any time by using the "UNLINK" button in the app interface.

The personal information obtained from you for the COLOR application is completely secure and optional, as you control the information released to the application.

In addition, when the information is collected to create a unique ID Graph, it is not stored to be shared with third parties.

Compliance and Protection.

Eder Labs may utilize your personal login information to:

comply with lawful requirements and requests, legal processes, including subpoenas or requests from governmental agencies.

When you connect other social applications to the COLOR application, that information is stored in our database as an unidentified user to ensure the privacy and security of the user. Additionally, the unique ID Graph can only be accessed by the user utilizing their own secure credentials. We are compliant with Google API Service User data policy and Limited User Requirements, Spotify’s Developer Terms, Twitter’s Developer Policy, and Steam Web API's Terms of Use.

We are using Amazon’s catalog to recommend personalized products using the data you share with us. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Consent and Cookies.

We may ask for your consent to collect your personal information when required by law. We may utilize cookies for the following purposes, including those listed in the previous section:

To enable and maintain the technical operations of our services and applications.
To enable, maintain, and improve the functionality of our services and applications.
To employ data analytics. We utilize HEAP and GOOGLE Analytics to analyze and understand user activities.

Optional Choices.

You may opt out of marketing newsletters and announcements by selecting the opt-out or unsubscribe button at the bottom of your email or by contacting us. Please note that even if you opt out of our marketing newsletters and announcements, you may still receive information about service-related announcements.

If you decline to provide certain personal information that is necessary for the use of our services, we may not be able to provide you with those services.


We utilize an array of provisional technologies to protect the personal information collected from you, but as security is an imminent risk, we cannot assure the security of your personal information.
